Job Vacancy – Customer Service Officer (Contract)

Our client is looking to fill vacancies for Customer Service Officer. This is a contract position and vacancies are limited.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in topping up Cards and collection of payments at the top-up booths
  • Collection of payment (fees & fines) at manned terminals
  • Process digital applications for vehicle permits and data entry of motorists’ particulars
  • Handle motorists’ queries and provide good customer service to motorists
  • Issuance of vehicle permits
  • Ensuring operation runs smoothly

Renumeration:

  • Gross salary up to $2,000*
  • Bonus up to $800*

Requirements:

  • Min GCE N level certificate with 1 pass (MUST provide educational certificate) or WPLN Level 5 & Above
  • Min 2 years of customer service AND cashiering experience
  • Able to work rotating shifts (Including weekends & PH)
  • Uniform will be provided, black headscarf is allowed
  • Contract till – 31 March 2023
  • ONLY Singapore citizens

Working Information and Location:

  • Working Hours: 12-hours rotating shift
  • Shift Pattern: work 4 days, off 2 days
  • Rotating shifts – 2 day shift, 2 night shift, 2 Off
  • Hours: Day shift – 10am – 10pm / Night shift – 10pm – 10am
  • 2 hours break in total; 1 hour per break
  • Location: West & North

Job Vacancy – Customer Service Officer @ Jurong Port (Morning Shift)

Our client has vacancy for 2 nos of Customer Service Officers for the morning shift to be deployed to Jurong Port. The shortlisted candidate will be able to start fast as the training period is only 3 days. Plus enjoy 2 days off every week – 1 weekday and 1 weekend!

Job Scope:

  1. Assist in pass application in the pass office
  2. Some administrative duties
  3. Attend to customer inquiry

Working hour: 5 days work 2 days off (1 weekend off and 1 weekday off)

Morning Shift 7am – 7pm

Salary: Gross about $1600 -$1700

Requirements:

  1. Must be able to converse in English as there is a need to interact with English speaking customers
  2. Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel
  3. Ability to converse in Mandarin will be an advantage as there is a need to interact with Mandarin speaking customers and there is a shortage currently
