Reporting directly to the Business Operations Supervisor
Job Scope:
- Attending to inbound calls
- Attending to call back requests from customers
- Ensure follow up on cases escalated
- Filing of claims for customer
- Concession card related matters
- Perform simple investigation for cases
- Attending to emails enquiry when necessary
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned by Team Leaders or Supervisors
Requirements:
- Min Diploma holders, Fresh grad with relevant educational qualifications welcomed
- Previous experience in call centre highly preferred
- Team player with good interpersonal and communications skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Mandarin speaking
Remuneration and Other Details:
- Salary Range: S$1400 - S$1900
- Monthly transport allowance of S$100
- AWS + 2.0 VB (average payout for last 2 years)

- Working Location: Tanjong Pagar
- Work Week: 5 Days Shift work (2 Days Off) required to work on weekends. Off on PH
- Working Hours: 8.00am – 5.30pm / 8.30am – 6.00pm
