Job Vacancy - Customer Service cum Administrative Assistant (Township)
Job Scope:
- Attend to in-bound phone inquiries and administrative support to the team handling the estate.
- Assist your team in handling direct feedback, complaints and services requested by the customers and directing them to the relevant departments for follow up.
Requirement:
- GCE ‘O’/ ‘A’ level
- Minimum 1 years’ relevant experience
- Pleasant disposition with good telephone and reception etiquette
- Able to exercise tact and diplomacy to all customers
- Work week : 5.25 (Alternate Saturdays off)
- Work location : North
